How much are tickets and where can I get them?

Tickets are $40 in advance and $50 at event if available. Tickets are limited.

Tickets are available on https://www.aceticket.com/phantom-gourmet-tickets

E-tickets are issued for this event and may be printed or shown on your phone.

 

 

When is the event?

Saturday June, 2020 There are two sessions. (Date will be announced soon)

Session #1 -1 to 3:30PM

Session # 2 -4:30 to 7PM

Boston Center for the Arts (Cyclorama)

Does the ticket include food and drink?

Ticket includes sampling of wine and food. The menu may change or differ from the website due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

Will there be other beverages besides beer?

Yes, water will be sold for $3

 

Can infants, children, or pets attend?

No, this event is strictly 21 plus, proper I.D. is required.

 

I'm obviously over 21 years old. Do I need I.D.?

Yes, every person will need to present valid identification.

A valid driver's license

A valid State Liquor ID

A valid US passport

A valid active duty Military ID

All other forms of ID may be acceptable but does not guarantee service of Alcoholic Beverages or entry.

 

Can I bring a cooler, bag, food or drinks?

No.

 

What is your bag policy?

No large bags, only handbags smaller than 6 inches x 6 inches x 6 inches.  No backpacks. All bags will be searched. We reserve the right to not allow entry for safety reasons. Bags are not allowed to be left unattended.

 

What about credit cards and ATMs?

This event is cash only. ATM is located in front of Boston Center for the Arts.

 

What should I wear?

We suggest dressing like you would dress at a Boston restaurant or bar on a Saturday night.

 

Is this all you can eat?

Food and beer sampling is included with your ticket.  We don't guarantee that you will eat all you can eat, or that you will be able to sample all beer or all foods.  

 

When does the event end?

We will stop pouring beer, serving food and close the bathrooms at 3:15PM or 6:45PM. The room must be completely cleared by 3:30PM or 7PM.

 

There is parking in the area and limited parking garage spaces.

 

There will not be coat check, but there will be coat racks.

Tickets purchased for session #1 can only be used for session #1.  Tickets for session #2 can only be used for session #2.   No refunds will be issued.

Message from the CEO 3/13/2020:

The Boston Center for the Performing Arts is temporarily closing. So, we’re postponing the Phantom Gourmet Wine & Food Phest to a Saturday in June 2020, same times for each session. Please be patient as we work with Ace Tickets and the venue, we will be in touch with all ticket buyers shortly with instructions and details.

 

When we announce the date Phans can either: 1) Keep your tickets and use them at the rescheduled event or 2) Get a refund from Ace Tickets (Instructions will be sent to all ticket buyers) The remaining tickets will soon go on sale for $40. Tickets will be $50 at the event, if available.

 

Each buyer who keeps two or more purchased tickets will get a free weekday pass to Mendon Twin Drive-in (value $28) at the event in June.
